6th on EMOLGA PROJECT CATALOGUE is the reconstruction and remodeling of Emohua local government legislative council complex by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd.
Apart from providing a befitting legislative council complex with a spacious and well furnished plenary hall that will stand the test of time, this particular project upon completion is also expected to address the issue of office accommodation for the 14 councilors and their aides, as well as staff of the legislative council.
Dr. Chidi Lloyd, a former majority leader of Rivers State House of Assembly says the reconstruction and remodeling of the legislative council complex is aimed at improving the productivity of members of Emohua legislative council.
